This may be one of the few things where women don't understand other women. Period is different. You may be getting cramps and nothing else. But others turn into psycho irrational monsters and will seem like different people and say stuff they literally did not want to say. This is why men will be forced to consider "Is this woman seriously this angry, or is she on her period?", and if a woman has no clue about the effect PMS has on some girls, they will get very angry if faced with this.
